The Company is a property and investment holding company incorporated in Hong Kong, and its shares are listed on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (Stock Code: 193)

The principal activities of the Group include property investment, development, estate agency, financial investment and related activities.

Focusing on the robust economy in Macau, the Group has captured various opportunities and increased its presence in the property and hotel sectors through active investment and acquisitions.

The Group currently owns a 32.5% effective interest in Hotel Fortuna in Macau, a popular 20-storey three-star hotel with 342 guest rooms in the heart of San Hau Ngor district.

The Group also holds a 5% effective interest in a prestige land site at Avenida Commercial de Macau for the planned development of a 57-storey luxurious residential building.
