CAPITAL ESTATE<00193> - Share Consolidation

Market participants are requested to note that the shareholders of 
Capital Estate Limited ("CAPITAL ESTATE") have approved the 
consolidation of shares on the basis of 100 then existing ordinary
shares ("Old Shares") of CAPITAL ESTATE into 1 new ordinary shares 
("New Shares").  Effective from today (30/09/2005), a temporary counter 
under stock code 2913 and stock short name "CAPITAL ESTATE" will be 
established for trading in board lots of 20 New Shares each to replace the 
previous counter (stock code: 193) for trading in board lots of 2,000 
Old Shares each.
