CAPITAL ESTATE<00193> - Share Subdivision

Market participants are requested to note that the shareholders of 
Capital Estate Limited ("CAPITAL ESTATE") have approved the 
subdivision of shares on the basis of 1 then existing ordinary shares 
("Old Shares") of CAPITAL ESTATE into 5 new ordinary shares 
("New Shares").  Effective from today (21/12/2005), a temporary counter 
under stock code 2928 and stock short name "CAPITAL ESTATE" will be 
established for trading in board lots of 10,000 New Shares each to 
replace the previous counter (stock code: 193) for trading in board lots 
of 2,000 Old Shares each.
